We have worked hard to establish and nurture strong relationships with best of breed suppliers and Tier 1 carriers, such as O2, RIM, BT, Opal, Gamma, Avaya and Nortel as well as legal application providers such as BigHand.

This winning strategy has seen us grow steadily and healthily since our inception in 1998, with robust back office systems and a plan for AIM flotation within the next three years.

A continuous drive to deliver the best possible levels of support and the fact we listen to our customers. With innovations such as the development of bespoke optional online tools - YourView (online billing) and our Helpdesk – and the introduction of our Field Account Managers all stemming from or involving customer feedback, you may start to see why.

This commitment is acknowledged externally too.

As winner of the Customer Service category of the 2009 Mobile News Awards, the judges commented on our entry: ‘This contestant went the extra mile and showed it does the same for its customers’.

We also achieved a coveted Highly Commended status in the IT and Telecoms category of the 2008 National Customer Service Awards, whilst our working practices have resulted in us gaining Beacon membership - an accreditation awarded to some of the South West region’s top performing organisations in recognition of significant business achievements.
